      non-official, sch homework, project surveys shd be closed (not deleted... so dun even need to allow bumps)

      official surveys backed by research and stats company pls go to Admin.

      why not put it this way,

      when a "survey" topic is close, we leave the links there.

      so that no bumping of survey thread, but allow online survey to be conducted at the same time.

      or shall we create one survey thread and make it sticky, and any other survey threads created will be close instantly and links removed?
